The Buckeye Corner Return and Exchange Policy
Customers may return or exchange items at any one of our four store locations as long as they follow the criteria listed below. If you have made your purchase via the Internet, you may return your items to our distribution center at your expense. Unfortunately shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Incorrect orders: If we have inadvertently shipped you the wrong merchandise, we apologize. We will arrange for the return of the merchandise and the customer will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Send your package, including receipt, an explanation of return or exchange and a day time phone number, via prepaid and insured method to: The Buckeye Corner 480 Schrock Road Suite H Columbus, Ohio 43229. Items sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. Please allow 3 weeks for processing.
Swimwear
Due to health regulations, The Buckeye Corner will only accept swimwear returns/exchanges that has not been worn and with the original tags (including protective liner) attached.
Returns & Exchanges
90 day return period.
Must have original receipt to receive a refund in the form of original payment.
Opened prerecorded CD’s, DVD’s or Cassettes can only be exchanged if defective for an identical product.
With a Receipt
For cash purchases of $150 or more a company check will be issued within five business days of the return from our corporate office.
A credit is issued on all purchases made with a credit card, this return takes 7 to 10 business days to be applied to the account.
Without a Receipt
Store credit for merchandise purchased will be issued at CURRENT RETAIL VALUE in the form of a Gift Card.
Gift receipts
The customer can exchange for merchandise of equal value. If after the exchange there is a remaining balance, a Gift Card is to be issued.
If the customer chooses not to exchange, a Gift Card is issued for the total amount.
