Can I use my Buckeye Corner Club card online?
Yes, but only if you are registered and logged onto your account at www.buckeyecorner.com. You can register your card here.

Do I need to be registered on your website to receive my Buckeye Corner Club discount for online purchases?
Yes, to receive discounts and points online, you must be registered and logged onto your account at www.buckeyecorner.com. You can register your card here.

Can I use my Buckeye Corner Club membership benefits anywhere else?
Yes, your Buckeye Corner Club card will also be received at all LIDS and LIDS Locker Room locations, as well as lids.com. To receive points and discounts at lids.com, log into your account at lids.com using your Buckeye Corner username and password.

Can the first discount be applied as soon as I purchase my membership to Buckeye Corner Club?
The first discount can be applied after the first item purchased. If more than one product is being purchased, the highest priced item(s) is sold at full price while the rest of the items, when eligible, are discounted.

Do I have to have my Buckeye Corner Club card with me to get my discounts in-store?
Yes. You must physically present the card when purchasing products in-store.

Can I use my Buckeye Corner Club discount for items on sale?
Buckeye Corner Club discounts can only be taken from the ticket price of items, or our permanently marked down products. The discount cannot be applied to any other sales promotions unless specifically noted in the promotion or discount.

Where do I enter my Buckeye Corner Club ID number online?
When you create an account at www.buckeyecorner.com/MyAccount, it will ask if you are a Buckeye Corner Club member. Click yes, and a box will pop up where you can enter in your Buckeye Corner Club ID number. If you already registered online, sign on to your account here. Go to My Account, click Account Information on the left hand side, and you can add your Buckeye Corner Club information there. You must be logged onto your account to receive any points or discounts for online purchases.

Does Buckeye Corner sell or trade my personal information?
No, Buckeye Corner will never sell or trade your personal information.

Can I share my Buckeye Corner Club membership with family and friends?
No, Buckeye Corner Club memberships cannot be shared.

Where can I go to update my profile?
You can update your profile by logging on here and clicking on Account Information on the left hand side of the page.

Where can I find my Buckeye Corner Club ID number?
Your Buckeye Corner Club ID number is the 10-digit number that can be found at the back of your Buckeye Corner Club card under the barcode.

What happens if I lose or misplace my Buckeye Corner Club card?
If you lose or misplace your Buckeye Corner Club card, please call our Customer Care Department and they can re-issue you another card.

If I forgot my Buckeye Corner Club card on my last purchase, can I still get my discounts?
No. You must have your card at the time of purchase.

I forgot my Buckeye Corner Club card. What do I do?
Currently, the only way you can get discounts in-store is to have the physical card in-hand when making the purchases.

Can I combine my Buckeye Corner Club discounts with any other promotions?
The Buckeye Corner Club discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions unless it is specifically noted within the promotion or discount. But even if discounts are not applicable, you still receive points on every purchase you make, so be sure to always show your card!

Who can I contact with questions or problems with the Buckeye Corner Club program?
You can contact our Customer Care Department and they can address any questions or problems you may have.

If I want to make an online purchase from LIDS, do I also have to register my card on the lids.com website?
No. You may sign on to your Account at lids.com using the same username and password you use to sign on www.buckeyecorner.com. Remember: you have to be signed into your account to receive any Club points and discounts.

Club Levels

How do I know if I have reached Buckeye Corner Club Pro status?
If your e-mail is registered at www.buckeyecorner.com, you will receive an e-mail regarding your status change. You can also see your status online when you log onto your account. Your status will also be printed on every store receipt. Otherwise, contact our Customer Care Department and they can inform you of your status.

How can I reach Buckeye Corner Club Pro status?
To reach Buckeye Corner Club Pro status, you must earn at least 300 points within your membership year. Visit the Benefits page for more information.

What is the Buckeye Corner Club Semi-Pro level?
The Buckeye Corner Club Semi-Pro level is a limited-time offer available for all members whose Pro status have expired and choose to renew their membership. In this level, members receive Pro level benefits and only need 150 points to resume to Pro status. Visit the Benefits page for more information on the Buckeye Corner Club Semi-Pro level.

What is the difference between Buckeye Corner Club Basic and Buckeye Corner Club Pro?
Anyone who joins the Buckeye Corner Club Program begins at the Buckeye Corner Club Basic level. Any Buckeye Corner Club member who earns 300 or more points during their membership will be automatically enrolled in the Buckeye Corner Club Pro level. Buckeye Corner Club Pro members earn even greater rewards and savings than Buckeye Corner Club Basic members. These additional benefits include an extra 5% purchase savings on eligible items, priority access, and exclusive product offers. Visit the Benefits page to learn more about the difference between the Buckeye Corner Club Basic and Buckeye Corner Club Pro levels.

What if I reach Buckeye Corner Club Pro near the end of my membership? Will I lose it at my annual membership?
All Buckeye Corner Club Pro members will be eligible to join the Buckeye Corner Club Semi-Pro Level when their membership expires and they renew their membership. At this level, members get to enjoy Pro level benefits for up to 90 days and only need 150 points to get back to Pro status. You can go to the Benefits page for more information on the Semi-Pro level membership.

How can I earn Buckeye Corner Club points?
You can earn Buckeye Corner Club points for every purchase you make at Buckeye Corner, LIDS or LIDS Locker Room stores, and online at www.buckeyecorner.com or lids.com. Buckeye Corner Club members must be registered and logged onto their account on www.buckeyecorner.com to receive points and discounts. You can register your card here.

If I return a product that gave me reward points, will I still get to keep those points?
No. Those points will automatically deduct from your balance.

My last purchase did not add points to my Buckeye Corner Club account. Why is that?
For in-store purchases, it takes at least one business day for the points to be added onto your account. For online purchases, points are added when the items ship. If you still have not received points after this time, you can call our Customer Care Department and they can help you with your account.

How are Buckeye Corner Club points calculated?
You earn 1 point for every 1 dollar you spend at any Buckeye Corner, LIDS or LIDS Locker Room stores and online at www.buckeyecorner.com or lids.com.

Can I still earn Buckeye Corner Club points if I don't register online?
No. Currently, you must register and be logged onto your account at www.buckeyecorner.com to receive points for online purchases. You can register at here.

Do I earn points if I purchase gift cards?
No, points are only given to those redeeming the gift cards.

What happens to my points at the end of my membership?
All your points expire at the end of your membership. If you are at the Buckeye Corner Club Pro level and renew your membership at (or before) expiration of your membership date, you will automatically be enrolled in our Semi-Pro level. Can I earn points if I refer others to Buckeye Corner Club?
At this time, you do not earn points for referring others to Buckeye Corner Club.

Do my points expire?
Yes, your points expire at the end of your annual membership. If you are at the Buckeye Corner Club Pro level and renew your membership at (or before) expiration of your membership date, you will automatically be enrolled in our Semi-Pro level. How can I check my Buckeye Corner Club point balance?
You can see your point balance online if you registered your card at www.buckeyecorner.com. Point balances are also printed on all receipts. Lastly, you can call our Customer Care Department and they can give you your point balance.

How will I know when my membership, and therefore points, expires?
If you registered your e-mail addres at www.buckeyecorner.com, you will receive an e-mail. You will also receive notification on www.buckeyecorner.com when you sign on your account at www.buckeyecorner.com.

Are points rounded up or down to the nearest dollar?
The points follow standard rounding rules. For example, if your purchase is between $19.50 and $20.49, you would receive 20 points. If your purchase is between $20.50 and $21.49, you would receive 21 points.

When will I receive my points for purchases I make?
For in-store purchases, points are received one business day after the purchase is made. For online purchases, points will be received the when the item ships.

You can sign up to become a Buckeye Corner Club member at Buckeye Corner store, online, or by contacting our Customer Care Department.

How long does my Buckeye Corner Club membership last?
All Buckeye Corner Club memberships are good for one year from date of purchase.

Can I renew my Buckeye Corner Club membership online?
Yes! You can go to here to renew your membership.

How much does it cost to join Buckeye Corner Club?
It only costs $5.00 to join Buckeye Corner Club! Benefits will begin after the first item purchase.

How do I register my Buckeye Corner Club membership online?
You can register your account here. It will ask for your Buckeye Corner Club card number and your personal information. If you already have a profile online, sign on to your profile, and click on Account Information on the left hand side of the page under My Account. You can enter your Buckeye Corner Club membership information there. The first time you register online at www.buckeyecorner.com, you will receive 25 points for FREE as a thank you from us!

Who can join Buckeye Corner Club?
Anyone can join Buckeye Corner Club*!

*Customers under the age of 18 may not enroll in Buckeye Corner Club in the state of Maine.

Can I enroll if I do not live in the U.S.?
The Buckeye Corner Club program is only available to those who live in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

I enrolled to become a Buckeye Corner Club member online/over the phone. How long will it take to receive my card?
You should receive your card within 5-7 business days.
